These are your typical roadside needs including: Jumps, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel.
Towing Services
All towing services, including winching. You can choose to perform any of the following, depending on your fleet capabilities:
Heavy Duty (vehicles with a GVWR in excess of 20,000 lbs, or 31+ feet in length.
Medium Duty (vehicles with a GVWR in excess of 10,000 lbs, or 21+ feet in length.)
Light Duty
Roadside Mechanic Services
Our providers complete on-scene repairs for Medium/Heavy Duty vehicles in the Fleet and Recreational Vehicle segment. These services include tire delivery and installation, engine repair, diagnostics, sheet metal work, maintenance, and even general RV repair.
Accident Scene Management Tows
Services high priority dispatches, which may include accidents. An ASM tow requires a service provider to respond to the disablement scene with an expedited ETA, obtain the vehicle, and move it to a designated repair facility.
Secondary Tows
Deliver vehicles from a storage or impound yard to a body shop. You may be asked to advance funds in order to release the vehicle on behalf of Urgently. Advanced funds will be reimbursed to you.
